What if my item has a fault?

Please contact us ASAP with order number, product item, description, and a photo! We will get back to you within one business day and if we are found to be responsible, we will send you a replacement.

How do I return a beta jacket?

We provide free returns for regular-size, non-custom items. Just send us an email to start.

Refunds

Can custom orders be refunded?

Custom and personalized orders Custom or personalized orders are made according to your wishes and, therefore, they can not be resold, and we do not accept refunds.

Q: How soon can I get a refund for a regular item?

Eligibility: You made a regular-size purchase, return it in original condition within 30 days and it hasn’t been personalized.

Exchange / Alteration

Can I change for another style or color?

Yes—standard items can be exchanged for a different style or size. This price difference is debited or credited as appropriate.

What if my bespoke/custom order does not fit?

We extend the 1st free alteration for FREE of charge —purchase must be made directly from customer service representative. An extra charge for other modifications may be involved.
