At LeatherHub USA, we’re dedicated to bringing you handmade quality—quickly, safely, and with total transparency. Here is how your order makes its way from our studio to your doorstep.

Free Worldwide Shipping

1 - We are pleased to provide free expedited shipping on all orders - no minimum purchase needed.
2 - We ship to most countries internationally with the exception of:
Russia, Israel, Iran, Iraq, India; and OFAC sanctioned territories.

Courier Partners

We cooperate with high-quality express envelopes such as FedEx, DHL, to guarantee fast and secure delivery. Although we may opt for the most expedient means of getting your treasure to you, your package is tracked and insured. Note: We don't deliver to PO Box, APO, DPO, or FPO addresses at the moment.

Customs Duties & Reimbursement

LeatherHub USA will also pay the customs duties for your order: Sign the delivery note and receive the parcel after you have paid the customs fee. Send us the official payment slip/receipt to one of our support agent. We will send you a complete refund within 2 business days if you pay through PayPal.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your tracking states “Delivered” but you have not received your package you may need to: Contact our Customer Services and the courier within 5 working days. Upon carrier approval, we will replace or issue a store credit. Lost mail is also not refundable with money, store credit or replacement available.

Delivery Responsibility & Exceptions

Tracking & Rescheduling

After dispatched, we will send Tracking Number to you. The customer is responsible for tracking and to contacting the courier to reschedule or for delivery follow up. Failed deliveries will result in the parcel being destroyed by the courier. In all such cases LeatherHub USA will not be held responsible and no refund or replacement will be provided.

Unaccepted or Refused Deliveries

In case the parcel is not accepted, or is returned back to sender, it will be considered as lost / destroyed, as per international return regulations and fees. In order to do that, please always receive and immediately contact us for return assistance.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please verify your shipping address prior to confirming your order. We are unable to change the delivery address of the customer. 1) If nowhere to delivery and returning due to the wrong and outdated address, bag will be destroyed and refunds cannot be arranged and we are not able to re-send the bag.

Additional Shipping Notes

Order Confirmation You will receive an order confirmation E-mail once your payment has been made. If you did not receive this – please contact our Customer Support. Consolidation of shipments: We may consolidate multiple orders to the same shipping point in order to reduce shipping charges. This can lead to some attenuation in practice. Freebies: 10+ pcs Orders may not ship with freebies. Some exceptions are dealt with individually.
