Return & Refund Policy
At LeatherHub USA We want your satisfaction: if there is any problem with your purchase, you will be refunded the full amount, provided the product has not been used or damaged. At LeatherHub USA, we’re a proponent of serving anything and everything above and beyond the products. With every purchase,we satisfaction, like the handcrafted quality of every piece, is always our advantage.
Return Window
You can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days. This gives you the leeway to take decisions with confidence.
Once we have received and inspected your return (within 72 hours of receipt), your exchange will be processed in accordance with our shipping schedule.
Refunds We will process a refund back to your original Payment Method within 7 business days, and it may take 10 business days (depending on your bank) for the amount to appear on your account. You will receive email confirmation when the refund has been completed.

Exclusions for Return & ConditionCriteria To keep up our quality promise, please make sure these are observed: Pre-order, Made-to-measure or Bespoke Items There shall be no refund or return for Customized or Personalized items (including but not limited to made-to-measure and bespoke orders). Clearance or factory second items are final sale. Returned items are required to be in new, unused condition, with no signs of wear, wrinkles or damage, and including the manufacturer ring packaging and packing slip. Shoes are not to have any wear on the plastic sole or the upper. Gift cards are not eligible for refund or exchange. We also reserve the right to reject returns that don’t meet these conditions. However, if you get wrong or bad items, please contact us within 2 business days after getting your order.
Back Freight and Alteration Charges
Eligible items may be returned for a Refund to your original payment method. For made to measures, if you opt to use your original measurements (in the face of any advice from our team), in the rare event of a quality problem, there is always a small additional fee to do alterations.
Black Friday Orders
At our Black Friday Sale we offer some great deals and extra flexibility: Black Friday purchases are non-refundable. But you can ask for exchanges or store credit within 60 days of receiving your purchase. Items in size order may be exchanged for other size or items. Personalized items can not be returned or refunded, however can be altered. Our customer service staff is here to help during this time of higher volume.
Bespoke Orders -Returns & Alteration
Custom items are made to order specifically for you and to your measurements. We try to get it right the first time. Maybe the custom product doesn’t fit; in that case, we provide one free adjustment. We will also send you photos of your item that has been made for you to scrutinize the design, leather and details before we ship. We are with you step by step during the whole process—screening the size, fitting, and shipping so as to eradicate any potential errors.
Custom Order Refunds
Please Note: Custom orders are non refundable. Each piece is made to order in the style, color and material of your choice — and is nonreturnable in keeping with those customizations.
Order Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your orders within 48 hours of order placement. Cancelling an order We are unable to cancel orders once shipped If the order has already been processed or is with customs to be processed, it is unable to be cancelled. You can always return it back to us (if not installed). Time-sensitive orders (orders confirmed with a delivery promise by our support team) can't be cancelled if confirmed.
