Can you deliver to APO,FPO or PO box?

Unfortunately, no. We ship through express couriers (FedEx, DHL) who would see those addresses and not accept them.

How soon can they be delivered?

In-stock (prime) items ship next business day.

Custom regular items ship within 5–10 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes – We ship worldwide except to Russia, Israel, Iran, Iraq, India and OFAC restricted countries.

Does the price include customs duties and taxes?

How can I track my order?

Once dispatched, you will receive email/SMS with courier tracking details.

Can I update my address for shipping?

If not already posted, we can modify it by the customer service. After the item has been shipped: ö Contact service directly after shipment.

My order came but I’m disappointed/angry/confused.

Check your tracking link. If it is past the estimated delivery date and you have not received your product, please contact our support team.

Custom/Bespoke Orders

How long it will take for custom or made-to-measure order?

Ready-made items are normally on the market within 3-5 weeks and have been measured.

Bespoke orders typically require between 5 and 12 weeks, depending on complexity.

Can I ask for an arrival date?

Yes! Please tell your design consultant if a specific time is best for us to deliver your order — we’ll do our best to make it for you.
